Market House Theatre is proud to offer 4 unique apartments available to book for getaway nights downtown, visiting family, or those looking to spend some time in downtown Paducah.
All four of our guest apartments are fully furnished, have a full kitchen with appliances, a queen-sized bed, and are located in the heart of downtown Paducah.
Kentucky Ave Studio A
This modern apartment comes with a queen-sized bed, full kitchen and bathroom, an inflatable single bed, and a balcony that overlooks Kentucky Ave and the Ohio River.
Kentucky Ave Studio B
A cozy studio apartment with a balcony that looks to the Ohio River. This apartment includes a queen-sized bed, full kitchen and bathroom, a single pull out couch bed, and a great location!
Market House Square Guest Apartment A
This unique one-bedroom apartment comes with a queen-sized bed, full kitchen and bathroom, a private second story balcony, a sleeper sofa, and plenty of space.
Market House Square Guest Apartment B
If you are looking for lots of space, this apartment is for you! This two-bedroom apartment offers a very artistic feel. The master bedroom overlooks Market House Square and comes with a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom is cozy with a full-sized bed. The space has an open loft that has a couch that folds down to another full-sized bed. The space has several large skylights that allow ample natural daylight all through the apartment. The one of a kind bathroom is decorated with the same handmade mosaic tiles that cover the front of the building.
